We have an opportunity for a Group IT Support Analyst to join our IT  Team in Hamilton.

The Group IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing first/second line support via our group helpdesk system. Working closely with Group Helpdesk Manager to ensure all incidents are closed based on SLA’s, escalating to and working alongside third party support partners where required.

This is a fast paced role, where the successful candidate will have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. They will have had previous hands on experience with Office 365 and be familiar with Windows 10 set-up and rollout. To be successful in this this role, they will also have experience in building laptops and desktops.

 

This role offers Hybrid working as an option. On occasion you will be required to attend one of our sites in Scotland and therefore must be flexible and willing to travel.

This is what you’ll actually do!

As the Group IT Support Analyst you will work alongside the wider helpdesk team to ensure all business systems are supported and maintained to a high level and assist with daily general IT Support to all group users.

 

You will also support IT projects as directed by the Group IT Helpdesk Manager.

 

Ideally this is you!

  • Preferably relevant Computer Science degree qualification.
  • Familiar with windows 10 setup & rollout
  • Office 365
  • Working knowledge of windows servers & active directory management
  • IT HelpDesk administration experience.
  • Exposure to cloud based systems, Azure, AW
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
